How do I change my Account Settings?
To change or update your Account Settings (i.e. your profile / email address / password / shipping information / contact preferences), please follow these steps:
- On the eMedCert website, select Sign In near the top right corner
- Enter the email address and password associated with your eMedCert account, then select Login
- Near the top of the screen, select Settings just above Current Courses OR
- Click on your name and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu
- Edit the information in any sections, and select Save to adjust your Account Settings.
Note: For security purposes, we do not let you alter the name on your account. If there is a spelling error, or you need to make any other adjustments to your first or last name, please email our Support Team, and we would be happy to make this adjustment for you.
